How long does onboarding take and what about my data?

Most operators go live within days. We help import your boats, price list and upcoming bookings, so nothing gets lost in the switch.

I am not a tech person. Will I manage?

Yes. Portivo is ready to use from day one and we walk you through the setup step by step.

How does the security deposit work?

The customer pays it to you at pickup: in cash, by card on your own terminal or by bank transfer - always separate from the charter price. Portivo does not collect the deposit or put a hold on the customer's card. You record it in the dashboard, and after the return you record the refund or any deduction.

What commissions and transaction fees do I pay?

The subscription includes no commission on bookings settled outside Portivo (cash, your own bank transfer). The 3% commission applies only to online payments processed by Portivo. Payment provider fees are settled separately.

I already have a website. What about it?

You do not have to change anything. You can embed the Portivo booking engine into your existing site and treat the ready storefront as an extra sales channel.

Is my data safe?

Your data lives on AWS infrastructure in the EU, with hard isolation between operators, encryption and backups. Card data is handled only by certified payment providers.
