Ask a questionWhat happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose Fleet or you stop. The trial needs no card, so nothing is charged automatically.
Does my customer pay a commission?
No. Your customer pays the charter price only, with no service fees. You carry the commission on online payments and Stripe's fees.
What happens to the commission when I refund a customer?
We return it in proportion to the refund, partial refunds included. Stripe's fee on the original payment is not returned.
Why a commission and not a higher subscription?
Because you pay when you earn. Out of season Portivo costs the subscription alone, and cash, transfers and on-site payments carry no commission at all.
How are taxes handled?
