Questions about offers
Don't see your question? Write or call, we usually answer within one working day.
Ask a questionDoes an offer hold the dates in the calendar?
Only if you want it to. Switch the hold on when you send it, and the dates wait for acceptance, a decline or the offer's expiry. By default an offer is just a quote.
What if I don't know the customer?
Turn on verification before payment. The customer picks a variant, but payment only starts once you approve.
Can I offer several yachts at once?
Yes. A variant can be a package of several boats, and accepting it creates one combined booking.
What if the customer declines?
They decline with one tap and can add a reason. You see it in the offer's details, and you can duplicate the offer and adjust it.
