When does the money reach my account?

Online payments go through Stripe and reach your company account in payouts, daily, weekly or monthly. You see the balance and the next payout in the dashboard.

What commission do I pay?

3% only on online payments processed by Portivo. Cash and transfers to your own account carry no commission. Payment providers' fees are settled separately.

Does Portivo take the security deposit?

No. The customer pays the deposit to you at pickup, separately from the charter price. You record receiving and returning it in the dashboard.

Can I set my own deposit and balance rules?

Yes. You set the deposit, the balance due date or instalments, and Portivo keeps to them on every booking.
